Every week we excavate for five days then we have two days of rest which we never spend resting. One day we were visiting all the churches and museums in Madaba and Mount Nebo. The other day we went south.

First on our list was the fortress Mukawer.

Then Khirbet Ataruz.

A little pit stop with a view on Wadi Mujib.

Finally the amazing Umm ar-Rasas
